That is where HEA comes in. During the last year Jonathan has been making the six-hour “bone jarring” trip to Gulu in the North to hold evangelistic campaigns with Pastor Chris. We spoke with Chris and he told us that with the help of the Film Evangelism Campaigns, his church has grown from a handful of people to almost 300 in the last year.  The work that Chris is doing is a crucial key to the entire relocation project.

Pastor Chris’s church will act as an outpost from which one of the new Film Evangelism Teams will work.  As a part of the project we will work together to plant new churches in the refugee camps which will ultimately translate out into the villages as the people leave the camps.  

In May HEA’s Leadership team will be in Kampala, Uganda to train and equip four new Film Evangelism Teams.  One team will work in Northern Uganda, one will work in Western Uganda, another will work in the Congo and the forth team will work in Rwanda.

What a joy it was to be invited by Pastor Peter to preach the Gospel in his church in Uganda … 77 people surrendered their lives to Jesus that Sunday morning in two services!

Praise the Lord!!

 As you can see in the pictures, Many stood broken before the Lord,  as they poured their hearts out and asked the Lord to forgive them and to make them a new person! Moms, Dads, boys and girls … so many lives changed forever by the power of God!  Please continue to pray as we press into the harvest around the World!!
